1. Cancellation by User
You may cancel a service request under the following conditions:
● Cancellation request must be made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the service is activated/delivered.

Once a service has been activated, processed, or partially delivered, it may not be eligible for cancellation or may incur a cancellation fee.
2. Cancellation by ICCHHAMATI DATA SERVICE PVT. LTD.
We reserve the right to cancel a service due to:
● Incomplete or incorrect user information
● Non-payment or failed payment
● Technical or operational issues
● Violation of our Terms & Conditions
In such cases, users will be notified and eligible amounts will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
3. Refunds for Cancelled Services
If a cancellation is approved:
● Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days
● Refunds will be made to the original payment method only
